Weather holds. If the destination forecast shows below 20°F or above 95°F at the expected delivery hour, we hold and ship on the next safe day. You will be emailed the new ETA.

Federal holidays. When a Tuesday or Wednesday lands on a federal holiday with no USPS service, we ship the following business day. The calendar above does not yet flag holidays automatically — check your confirmation email for the actual ship date.

Booking. Most popular breeds book two to four weeks ahead. Heritage lines can book six weeks out in spring. The product page for each breed shows the next bookable date.
