What each step means.

  1. 01 Received Avora received your request and is reviewing the order details.
  2. 02 Order check Availability, options, minimum quantities, and timing are being confirmed.
  3. 03 Scheduled The expected hatch or ship window is assigned.
  4. 04 Preparing The supplying hatchery is preparing the birds and shipment.
  5. 05 Shipped Tracking is issued and the live-bird parcel is with the carrier.
  6. 06 Delivered Carrier confirms delivery. Live-arrival guarantee window opens for 48 hours.
  7. 07 Closed Guarantee window expired without a claim. Order complete.
